- All sales are final. Please be mindful that once a transaction is made, all sales are final. Before finalizing the transactions, I advise customers to thoroughly review their orders.

- Resolution of Issues or Defects: I would be happy to assist you as much as possible while I run this brand 100% by myself. in the unlikely event that you acquire a product that has an issue or defect. If you contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item(s), I will offer a way to resolve the problem.

- Method of Contact: Send me an email at ntnrclothing@gmail.com along with an in-depth explanation of the problem and any relevant pictures or records. I will be able to help you more effectively as a result.

- problems resulting from mistreatment, or standard wear and tear under no circumstances will I be able to assist you
